Our HSE policies are based on an understanding that the well-being of people employed in our workplace or people we come into contact with during our work, is a priority and must be considered during all work performed on our behalf.
Whether employed directly by us or our customers or members of the general public, our belief is that people are our most important asset and their health and safety is our greatest responsibility.
Neal Bros NQ is committed to ensuring its day to day operations are carried out in a manner which does not in any way compromise the health and well-being of our employees, contractors, customers, suppliers and the wider community. We are proud of our safety record and our maintenance and compliance procedures are second to none, utilising strict procedural regimes and state of the art electronic monitoring.
COMPLIANCE
Our use of software systems such as FleetMate, ComplianceMate, Fleet Complete GPS tracking and Dash Cams ensure we are fully compliant with all contractual and statutory requirements in Fatigue and Speed Management. We are a fully accredited operator under the National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme, and have held full accreditation in Maintenance Management since 2006 and Fatigue Management since 2008.
